Returns Policy Print E-mail

 

We ensure all of our items are checked thouroughly and packed securely before leaving our warehouse. However due to the fragile nature of jewellery and the stresses they endure in transit, sometimes breakages are unavoidable.

 

YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY

We will happily exchange or credit any faulty item which is not clearance* within 7 days. Items must be returned along with its original packaging and exceeds £5 in value. Items which do not meet the value of £5 will be credited to your next order upon proof of damage such as a photo. To receive an refund or exchange we ask that you provide a covering letter which details:

- The item(s) enclosed
- Your order number
- The fault
- Any additional requests

PLEASE SEND YOUR ITEMS VIA 2ND CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY, ANY ITEMS SENT BY ALTERNATIVE METHODS WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER. POSTAGE REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AS STORE CREDIT.

 

YOUR ITEM IS UNSUITABLE

We will happily credit any unsuitable item which is not clearance* within 7 days which is unsold and returned with all of its original packaging. To receive a credit note we ask that you provide a covering letter which details:

- The item(s) enclosed
- Your order number
- The reason for it being unsuitable
- Any additional requests

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS SENT FOR THIS PURPOSE ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT NOTES WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNLESS AUTHORISED BY THE MANAGER

 

DROP SHIPPED/ SOLD & RETURNED POLICY

If you have sold or we have drop shipped an item to your customer, you are affected by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which states:

"A consumer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described. In other cases, for example, where the consumer has bought an item of clothing in the wrong size, or they have changed their mind, or an item is an unwanted gift, there is normally no automatic right to return goods"

We do not accept responsibility for any faulty items that have been passed to a 3rd party and fall outside the time limit in our Returns Policy. Where applicable manufacturers guarantees will cover you against certain faults which should be used in cases outside our Returns Policy.
