Recommended Settings

We recommend that users view our site at a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 which can be changed in Windows by right clicking on you desktop background and choosing Personalise and clicking on the option Display Settings. on the Monitor tab move the resolution slider up or down in the correct direction and when happy confirm.

We recommend the use of either Firefox or Internet Explorer whilst viewing our site.

You must be a trader to purchase from us.

Discount

We offer promotional discounts to our registered users and newsletter subscribers. Further discounts for customers are reviewed on a regular basis and is based upon a customers trading pattern with us this ensures our customers can compete effectively in the market, including against large budget retailers and supermarkets. For customers who wish to purchase large bulk of lines, discount may be arranged at the discretion of management by calling us on 0121 554 58 58.

VAT

If you are trading in the UK we will charge you VAT at the prevailing rate which is currently 17.5%.

If you are in the EU and are registered for VAT in your country, we do not charge you VAT provided you can supply us with your registration number.

If you are in the EU but not registered for VAT, we will charge you VAT at the UK rate.

If you are outside the EU we do not charge VAT.

Please note: If you are receiving the goods within the UK but plan to sell abroad you are NOT exempt from paying VAT.
